Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 5 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.1 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at contact@katuri.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.1 Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at contact@katuri.co.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@katuri.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
